In applications where our standard products may not be able to cope with a harsh environment, we can provide high purity valves, fittings and tubing that can withstand both the harsh environments and operating fluids, while we also offer a wide range of clean room products applicable to ISO specification 14644-1 classes 3 to 6.
Static electricity is an issue in many applications, such as packaging and plastic moulding. SMC now has a range of products that focus on its prevention and elimination. Included are ionizers, static meters and displays as well as ranges of conductive fittings and tubing.
SMC offer three types of dryers. The refridgerated type of dryer offers a pressurised dew point of -3°C and load capacities of 3-75 kW. Our range of membrane type dryers offer atmospheric dew points from -15 to -60°C and require no electrical supply for operation. The ID Heatless Dryers provide dry air at dew point as low as –50°C and offer flow rates of 100 to 100 l/min.
SMC offer three types of chillers; Refrigerated, water-cooled and peltier types. Our refrigerated range offers cooling loads from 1kW to 4.8 kW and temperature stabilities of 0.5 – 1°C. The water-cooled types offers cooling capacities of 2 - 30 kW and a temperature stability of 0.3°C. Peltier type offers cooling capacities of 200 – 600W and a temperature stability of +/-0.1°C.
