SMC’s new compact circulating fluid temperature controller offers a high cooling capacity of up to 1900W and accurate temperature stability of +/- 0.1°C. It's lightweight design of 43kg means that it can easily be stored in any location. Equipped with communication protocols for remote operation allows the HRS to be connected to the users machine, while the use of a monitoring flow switch allows for low flow rate detection. Alarm and operation status output signals makes fault finding a quick and easy process. The display unit of the HRS comes with many convenient functions such as unit conversion, timer operation, low tank level detection, key lock and anti-freezing operation among others.
The VXS process valve is designed for steam applications which operate at temperatures of up to 183°C. Internal Leakage of 1.0 cm3/min or less is achieved by using special FKM seal material. Reliability is improved due to a piston main valve and a rubber seal made of special FKM. With the use of a full wave rectifier solenoid operation noise is reduced. The new MXQR design allows for piping and adjuster positions to be changed on site to suit your installation conditions. With the integration of the guide rail and table a highly rigid and precise design is attained. Combination with our new RJ short stroke shock absorber offers improved cycle times, while the standard RB series can be mounted onto the MXQR6. Mounting is possible from both the top and bottom of the actuator as well as the rear for vertical mounting.

With the update of the ZSE/ISE40 series SMC has added a 2 colour display for easy verification of operating pressure, while the setting of your desired pressure values is made easy with a simple 3-step function. The new copy function allows up to ten switches to be set simultaneously resulting in reduced labour time and the prevention of mistakes at setup. The secret code setting prohibits unwanted tampering. The use of the ZSE/ISE40A’s power saving mode means that operating power can be reduced by as much as 20%.
