SMC has launched its compact 2 port solenoid valve with built-in Y strainer. The use of the built-in strainer with 100 mesh filter removes any contaminants that may be mixed within the operating fluid protecting both the valve itself and the equipment downstream. It's simple design also allows for the easy removal and replacement of the element without removing piping from the valve. Available in both AC and DC voltages and with a choice of seal materials and applicable fluids are air, water, oil and steam. Maximum system pressure is 30 Bar.

SMC has upgraded its range of VP 3 Port valves. Compared to the previous model power consumption has been reduced from 2W to 1.55W. With the use of the power saving circuit wattage can be reduced to as low as 0.55W!! Operating noise has been reduced for AC type valves with the use of a built-in rectifier. Service life has been increased to 50 million cycles compared to 20 million cycles with the previous model. Seal materials have been changed to HNBR giving increased resistance to Ozone in supply lines. The addition of a strainer in the pilot valve prevents foreign material from causing malfunction.

The ISE70/75(H) offers high pressure operation with a rugged design . The ISE70 has a maximum operating pressure of 10 Bar for use with Air. While both the ISE75 and 75H are applicable for general fluids with maximum operating pressures of  100 Bar and 150 Bar respectfully. All models are available with two colour display, M12 connector/leadwire and are IP67 rated. Main body is constructed of die cast aluminium while both the ISE75 and 75H come with Stainless Steel pressure receiving ports. A choice between NPN and/or both PNP switch outputs. The addition of the new ‘cut-to-zero’ function allows lower pressures to be displayed as zero.
