The newly designed CG3 series is a development of SMC’s hugely successful CG1 series cylinder.The CG3 design sees a reduction in product weight of up to 24% and a reduction in length of up to 51% when compared to the CG1 series.
The new model also sees an introduction of a female thread into the series range.  Available in bore sizes ranging from 20mm to 100mm and a maximum standard stroke range of 300m

The updated PB series is a compact, large capacity process pump suitable for transferring and collecting a wide range of fluids.
Due to its compact design it now offers a reduction in volume of 25%.  By changing the previous PTFE Diaphragm of the old PB series to a modified
PTFE type, life time rating has been improved 1.5 times. Available in Polypropylene and Stainless Steel 316 body materials, the air operated PB1013A is also applicable to flammable fluids. The high purity/air operated specification PB1313A is suitable for use with DI water and chemical agents. It is assembled in a Clean Room and double packaged. Wetted body material is New PFA and diaphragm material is PTFE . It is also applicable with our range of LQ1 and LQ3 high purity fittings.

With the expansion of SMC’s dryer range we are now able to offer a large range of refrigerated air dryer IDFA100/125/150 series, available in connection sizes, 2”, 2 ½”, and DIN flange 80. Flow rate ranges of 860, 1100 and  1340 m3/hr (ANR) are possible across the three new ranges. With the introduction of a secondary stainless steel heater ambient temperatures of up to 45°C are applicable.  This feature ensures efficient operation especially in compressor rooms which can operate at high ambient temperatures. The use of the secondary stainless steel heater also reduces heat exhaust from the dryer by 25%!!

Maintenance is made easy with access only required from the front to check the electrical equipment and dust proof filter. The CE marked specification operates at a 3 Phase voltage of 400VAC and refrigerant used is R407C

SMC has further updated its range of Booster Regulators with the replacement of the VBA1111 with the new VBA11A. As with the original series, the new series offers a pressure increase ratio of 2 to 4 times but with an improved service life double that of the original with the use of a floating joint between the piston and the piston rod.
Reliability is improved with the use of an in-built filter at the inlet port, preventing foreign matter from causing damage. Mounting dimensions are interchangeable between the two series.
