The new EX600 Serial Interface unit offers a maximum of 512 I/O, self-diagnosis functions, and is available with SPEEDCON connectors allowing for connections to be made in just ½ a turn, thus reducing labour time.

With the design of in-built diagnostic functions for short/open circuit detection, on/off counter to aid maintenance,  and upper/lower limit power supply voltage detection, the product allows for risk detection, avoidance of machine stoppages and quick recovery.

The EX600 offers the easy connection/removal of individual units one by one, by using a joint type connection method centralised I/O configuration. The unit is applicable with our VQC, SV and S0700 series of valves and is available in the Profibus-DP, Devicenet and CC-Link protcols.

The product may be installed either via din rail or directly mounted and is certified as CE, UL, and CSA compliant.

The new enviromentally friendly filter with back-flushing capability generates no Industrial waste. During normal operation the FN4’s filter is compressed allowing it to remove any contaminates from the working fluid.When the filter is being cleaned it is decompressed allowing pressurised air to purge or ‘back-wash’ the filter of any contaminates.

This unique element design allows for the normal operation of the filter with no need to replace the element. There is also no need to install a back-flushing reservoir as the required fluid is reserved in the FN4’s body.

The FN4 is designed for use with coolants, cleaning solvents, cutting oil and industrial water and offers a maximum flow rate of 250l/min .

Our new compact proportional solenoid valve allows for smooth control of air
with the adjustment of electrical current. Available in brass or stainless steel body and FKM seals the PVQ offers a long service life of 25 million cycles. Valve leakage is as little as 5cm3/min or less in the off position and is suitable for vacuum applications.
Available flow rate ranges of 0-6 l/min (PVQ10) and 0-100 l/min (PVQ30).
