IZN Nozzle Type Ionizer

Following the success of the IZS31 bar type Ionizer, SMC has developed the new IZN nozzle type ionizer. With an ion balance of +/-10V and a thickness of 16mm, this compact unit is designed for applications which involve dust removal and static electricity elimination by air blow and spot type static elimination. SMC's design allows for the detection of electrode needle contamination, while different nozzles may be selected such as an energy saving static electricity elimination nozzle, designed for short range static electricity removal and a high flow type nozzle designed for long distance flow removal.

ZSE/ISE80 Two Colour Display Digital Pressure Switch

SMC has further extended its range of pressure sensors with the new ZSE/ISE80 two colour display digital pressure switch suitable for use with general fluids. The switch, designed with a stainless steel diaphragm, is IP65 rated, offers a choice between rear and bottom ported, is available in a number of pressure ranges and in a low leakage specification. A wide range of output specifications is available with 2 switch outputs, analog (4-20mA, 1-5V) output and an auto shift switching function.

PFMV Low Flow Specification Flow Switch

The PFMV has been designed to meet increased customer demand for a low flow specification Flow Switch. Suitable for applications which require the detection of low flow rates such as leakage detection, acknowledgement of work piece presence and suction confirmation of small work pieces, the option of bi-directional flow allows for the detection of air flow in either direction.
The PFMV3 is a digital display for the PFMV5. A wide range of sensors can be covered by one monitor.Download PDF

VBA20A/VBA40A Booster Regulators

The new VBA20A and VBA40A pressure booster offer improved service life in comparison with its predecessors VBA2000 and VBA4000 . This is achieved by the use of a floating joint between the piston and piston rod in conjuction with a grease retaining groove. This new design also allows for reduced operational noise with the use of a damper with internal switch valve, while the integration of an air feeding tube, within the main tube, prevents condensation due to the cooling effect of the expanded exhausted air.
